This is best suited to business owners who are stuck on a specific problem.

How to get the most from your session:

Before we meet, I will send you a short questionnaire to complete.  This gives me some background to you and your business and the challenge you are facing and it means we're not wasting valuable time within our hour together on the basics.

 

The questionnaire will also give you chance to note down what you might have already thought about or tried up to this point, which gets it clear in your mind and ensure's I'm only going to bring new ideas to the table.

 

What you’ll get from the session:

You will come away from the session with my immediate thoughts and solutions to what we have discussed, along with some
high level suggestions of what actions you can take.  I will follow this up with a short written report of my notes.
